The solubility of drug had a big impact on stability of drug release from aged polyox matrices. Aged matrices containing highly soluble drug (propranolol HCl) showed a higher sensitivity of drug release against storage time compared to a poorly water-soluble drugs leading to fast drug release.Additional Links
